Padmaprabha Literary Award or Padmaprabha Puruskaram in Malayalam or simply Padmaprabha Award is a literary award given for contribution in the field of Malayali literature. The prestigious award was instituted in the memory of socialist and freedom fighter Padmaprabha Gowder by the Padmaprabha Foundation in 1996. The award carries a monetary prize of Rs 75,000, a gem-studded ring and plaque.

As of now, there a total of 22 people have won this prestigious award. Unnikrishnan Puroor was the first person to recieve Padmaprabha Literary Award in 1996. M. Leelavathy became first woman to win the Padmaprabha Literary Award in 1999. In 2018, Kalpatta Narayanan is the latest person to clinch the Padmaprabha Literary Award for 2017.
